Marshall Slocum Guest House Room Rates and
Policies
RESERVATIONS:
Your reservation at the Inn is guaranteed with your credit card
number. We do not charge your card in advance. We will accept
payment with credit cards, cash, traveler's checks or personal
check.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Unless otherwise discussed and noted in your confirmation there is no charge if you cancel two weeks prior to arrival. A
one-night charge is made on your credit card if canceled within two
weeks of arrival.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is between 2:00 pm & 7:00 pm. If an earlier or later
check in is needed, please let us know in advance. Check out is
11:00 am. Guests may leave their belongings and their car at the
bed and breakfast and retrieve them later in the day.
PAYMENT:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit
cards. We offer a 10% discount for cash payment. A 7% state sales
tax and 6% city hospitality tax is added to all room totals.
MEALS
A full gourmet breakfast is served
between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Please let us know when making your
reservation if you have any dietary concerns and we will modify your
breakfast. Coffee is available at 7:30 am.
PARKING
We have complementary on-site parking for our guests. Upon arriving
follow the driveway to the parking area at the rear of the property.
SMOKING
We are a smoke free establishment. You are welcome to smoke outside
on the porch or back deck. Guests who choose to ignore our smoke
free policy will be charged a $200 fee to cover the cleaning
expenses associated with smoke removal.
